Staying Active at Home Between Classes
Health information, not medical advice. Talk with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
The boxers who improve the most aren’t the ones who train hardest on class day — they’re the ones who keep moving between classes. Consistency beats intensity, every time.
Keep it simple
On off days, aim for movement, not a workout: a walk with big, deliberate steps. Shadowboxing a few rounds in the living room, seated or standing. Standing tall at the counter while the coffee brews. Small deposits, made daily.
Or follow along with me
If you want structure at home, that’s exactly why I built the Online Video Program — on-demand workouts you can follow from your living room, seated or standing, with two new workouts added every week. Right now the first month is $9.99.
However you do it, do a little today. Your future mobility is built one day at a time.
Want a full routine for home days?
We put together a complete at-home Parkinson’s exercise routine — warm-up, strength, balance, and shadow boxing, in 20 to 30 minutes.
