Privacy policy

We collect as little as possible, we never sell it, and this page explains all of it in plain English.

What we collect

  • What you type into our forms. When you fill out a contact or sign-up form, we receive the name, phone number, email address, and message you give us. The website emails it to us and keeps a backup copy on our web server so no message is ever lost.
  • Basic visit information, through Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site: which pages get read, how long people stay, what kind of device and browser they're using, their approximate location (city level), and how they found us — for example, from a Google search. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. It does not tell us your name, and it does not store your full internet address. Google processes this information on our behalf; you can read exactly how at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
  • Nothing extra from the videos — unless you press play. Our videos are hosted on YouTube but shown through KillerPlayer, a video player service. Loading a page contacts only KillerPlayer's servers — nothing is loaded from YouTube at all, and no advertising or tracking cookies are placed, just because you opened the page. Once you press play, the video streams from YouTube, YouTube sees that request, and its own privacy policy applies from that moment.
  • Fonts. The site's lettering is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those font files from Google when a page opens. No cookie is set by this, but Google does see the request.

What we use it for

Form information is used for one thing: getting back to you about classes, the online program, private training, or the coach certification course. Visit statistics help us make the site's pages more helpful. That's it.

What we never do

  • We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
  • We never sign you up for a mailing list you didn't ask for.
  • We never share your information with anyone except the service providers that make the website run (our web host, our email delivery, the KillerPlayer video player, and Google's Analytics, Fonts, and YouTube services as described above).

Cookies and your choices

Loading a page on this site sets cookies from one place only: Google Analytics. The videos add no cookies unless you press play; once you play one, it streams from YouTube and YouTube may set its own cookies. If you'd rather not be counted, you can block cookies in your browser settings or install Google's free Analytics opt-out browser add-on — the site works exactly the same either way. Like most websites, this site does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, but the opt-out above covers the only tracking we use.

Seeing, changing, or deleting your information

Want to know what we have, correct something, or have it deleted? Call us at 747-234-1115 or use the contact form and we'll take care of it — usually within a few days.

Children

Our programs and this website are designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
