The story
From the ring to the people who need it most
01
The fighter
Dean has trained in martial arts his entire life and competed as a mixed martial arts fighter — the real thing, inside an octagon cage. The discipline, footwork, timing, and conditioning of the fight game are the foundation of everything he teaches.
02
The coach
Over decades of coaching, Dean has taught every age — from small children learning their first stance to seniors over 100 working on balance. That range taught him to meet every student exactly where they are.
03
The mission
Over the last decade, Dean has poured that experience into one mission: helping more than 500 people with Parkinson's — and seniors of every ability — move better, feel stronger, and stay independent.
