Our goal is to help individuals fight back against aging symptoms through a personal and specialized online senior boxing class. This program is especially helpful for people battling Parkinson’s Disease. The program helps to significantly increase balance and overall strength and fitness needed to live a healthy life and prevent falls.
This virtual streaming service allows us to connect with seniors all over the world. We use Vimeo to stream all of our recorded workouts. These recordings are not available to the public and are only available to those that sign up for our virtual program. We will be online and available to communicate with anyone who comments on the video at any time. Or to chat via email.
New class links are sent via email Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays at 12 PST
Since the classes are pre-recorded you will be able to view them at any time after they have been released.

Boxing works by moving your body in all planes of motion while continuously changing the routine as you progress through the workout. These classes have proven that anyone, at any level of ability, can actually lessen their symptoms and lead a healthier/happier life.
