Our Rock Steady Boxing program is led by experienced coaches trained in adaptive fitness and Parkinson’s-specific movement programming. Coach Dean Moskowitz is the head coach of all our programs and is fully certified with Rock Steady Boxing.
Coach Dean has done martial arts for 20 years, used to be a fighter himself and has worked with over 500 people with Parkinson's Disease in the last decade.
